Analysis of Delta (Indian) Variant of SARS-CoV-2 Infectivity using Resonant Recognition Model

This manuscript is continuation of our previous work, where we have analyzed different variants SARS-CoV-2 virus (UK, South African, Brazilian, and Indian (Kappa)) using Resonant Recognition Model (RRM), which biophysical model capable to analyze protein function interaction. We previously identified correlation between infectivity these with strength signal at RRM characteristic frequencies for each variant. Here, extended this analysis Delta (Indian) variant, extremely infectious rapidly spreading around the World. Our results variant are in complete agreement proposition that viral proportional frequency. These can explain why more infectious. With strong obtained all examples, propose here be used as general tool mutated variants.
